This is in regards to my holiday I had recently through clubjiva at abad harmonia kovalam, though we started with a few hickups , the reservation team played an important role in making this holiday a nice one, they also worked on my last moment changes in dates before the visit which prevented my holiday getting ruined. Coming back to the place we stayed was good and had good customer service ,the resort was well informed by clubjiva and so Hassel free. It being close to the beach gave us ample time to enjoy the beach and some great food , over all an amazing experience. Some names those stay on the top of my head for the continuous help and assistance from the club jiva team and are Aayesha, Hitesh and Meena Sharma. Thank you again and keep up the great work
